3.99: Turf War

Anxiety et al. don’t actually look like an Eldritch horror from the recesses of the void, but they sure do feel that way sometimes, particularly after waking from what is supposed to be respite from the stresses of everyday life.

In normal speak- sleep paralysis and the associated bad dreams SUCK. So instead of getting away from all the problems, you just relive them, often times in an exaggerated form. When you finally manage to break free (sleep paralysis can be very strong), BAM- you are right back to dealing with the problems. There’s no break for the mind. And it wears you down because your brain is forced to think about sucky stuff 24/7, 365. Dreams were once an escape, now they’re just another issue.

ok bye.
